Despite the use of 3-D design and computer simulations, it is usually necessary to produce prototype and sample parts before products go into serial production. The aim is to check the function, dimensional accuracy and serviceability in order to be able to make optimizations. It is also advisable to produce sample parts in advance to avoid expensive reworking of tools, machines and equipment.

After a detailed analysis of your inquiry, we can produce the first individual parts, up to small serial production, on our laser systems within a very short time. Customers can usually expect delivery in as few as three to four days. Our processes are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485.
