2D high-speed cutting of thin sheeting

The state-of-the-art laser system recently introduced at LILA GmbH takes laser cutting into a new dimension. Products made of stainless steel, copper, brass or electrical steel sheets in thicknesses from 0.02 up to 3 mm can be cut almost burr-free at LILA – with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

LILA specializes in laser precision cutting with solid-state lasers. The precise focusing of the beam allows LILA to achieve the finest cutting widths of up to 20 μm. Depending on the material and its thickness, sharp-cut edges and minimal edge roughness are guaranteed.

High system flexibility and open programming enable cutting of complex geometries and short-notice adaptation of desired cutting contours.

Thanks to its innovative design, the new LILA GmbH laser cutting machine allows for time savings of up to 40 percent compared to conventional systems. We are also able to achieve tolerances of 0.03 to 0.02 millimeters, with accuracies of IT7.

We achieve repeat accuracy of approx. 1 μm on our system, enabling maximum reproducibility of the production results.

With a working space of 1250 mm x 1250 mm, our system is ideally suited for the processing of medium formats. Not only sheet metal but also prefabricated blanks can be processed using special clamping techniques.

From a technical point of view, LILA is optimally equipped to economically produce both single parts and small batches as well as large batches. Individual advice and on-time delivery, usually within a maximum of 15 working days, are among our particular strengths.
